Who is Carolyne Jones?
I work with leaders at the moment most people don’t talk about —

Not because they’re weak.
Not because they lack discipline or faith.
But because their internal system has reached its limit.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, nervous-system stability, decision authority, and real-world responsibility.
I’m based in the UK. I’m a wife, a mother of two, and a businesswoman. I’ve led teams, managed organisations, built and lost businesses, navigated collapse, and rebuilt from the inside out — more than once.
That lived experience matters, because this work cannot be taught purely from theory.

About Escape the Cycle
Escape the Cycle was founded in 2014 to support leaders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries navigating moments of transition, pressure, and internal misalignment.
From the beginning, our work has focused on one core issue:
capable people getting stuck — not because they lack faith, effort, or intelligence — but because their internal system has reached its limit.
Over the years, we’ve worked with individuals across business, ministry, care, and leadership — helping them stabilise internally, regain decision authority, and move forward with clarity in the real world.
